All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering unless otherwise noted. At checkout you will see the shipping times.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to each product being handmade. However, if there is an issue with your order once you've received it, please contact us through our contact form or by email- lily@threadedlily.com - and we'd be happy to work with you to figure out a solution!

At Threaded Lily we strive to be as sustainable as possible. Here are some ways we are achieving that:

• All upcycled clothing is thrifted or donated and we are here to give it a new life and save it from the landfill.
• We use a lot of thrifted, vintage, and scrap material in our work. All fabric scraps are saved to be used in future projects! (we love patchwork!) When buying new fabric, we buy what we need and create in small batches to reduce waste.
• Our shipping mailers are from the brand Pollastic- they are made from 100% ocean bound plastic pollution!
• We design with the intention of it lasting, not just for a trend. Our products are meant to showcase your personality and we hope they are loved until they are worn out!
